Yes, I will BNLater. We have lot of trouble with grow ups here in BC. I figured with me living right upstairs, I can keep a better eye on things, I hope. I've heard stories of people not paying rent and then it being impossible to get them out etc. I don't want partyers either. It'd be great for university student or something. I don't know. I'm nervous about the whole thing, but this is a big mortgage to keep up with. We'll see

Jessica I understand both sides. I do not know anything about eviction in Canada, but here in California it can be a long process. I say be picky and wait for the right person....doesn't Laura need a place?

It is a long process here, yes. It can take months to get renters out. And yes, Laura and I have talked. She lived here once before, may live here again

I guess I can see the two edged sword of that also....Laura, nothing against you. I only roomed with "friends" one time....for one of them it was fine, for the other, who was a friend of the other, not so good.
