No matter what Queen says, thunder and lightening is fascinating and wonderful to experience.

Ooh... I could have just sang Bohemian Rhapsody right then and there, but I'll hold back... cause once, while I was working over at Toys 'R Us, we had just closed and everyone was picking up and shelfing around the store. Then, someone came around with that song playing on speakers! And she started singing, and then I joined in for a formidable duet... people were wondering what the hell was going on... and of course, being as excentric as I am when it comes to singing, I just got carried away (didn't get to finish the song, but still ), and I made a few people laugh. I don't think I ever heard that song in the store after that day

Were you wearing your eye patch at the time? That would make the people wonder what the hell was going on...

lol worst part is, the eye patches were probably not very far away from me when it happened, as Halloween had just happened... that would've been scary more than anything else

Oh my goodness... that story made me laugh!! We actually used to sing that on band bus trips home from away football games. And you know... there was an excellent reason that all of us were in the band and not the choir...

HOORAY FOR BAND BUS TRIPS!!! Charter buses, right? We had so much fun when our band went to Disney World. We watched movies, we played games.... OH, speaking of games, you MUST bring Catch Phrase with you, K. That game is essential to any long bus trip with the band! They even have the version now that is electronic so you don't need to worry about a game board. Our game board on the Disney trip was hand-drawn and we used Starburst as game pieces.... *sigh* Ahhhh, memories!!!

And to you too, Dragon...
Another loverly day in the neighborhood, supposed to get up to 70°F today and more SUN, SUN, SUN!! Shaping up to be a long day here at work though. We had a brand new phone system installed last night and no one knows how to use it, and just for kicks, some of us aren't even being trained on the system until tomorrow! Woohoo!!! Can't wait! Oh yeah, and today is supposed to be my last trip to physical therapy. We shall see how that goes tonight. Otherwise....
