*looks around* The place looks great, thanks everyone!  Today's going to be a day for lounging. We're making tacos for lunch, then after my daughter's basketball game we'll be going in to Harvard Square to have dinner at Fire and Ice, one of my fave restaurants. And I may do some physics. Maybe. But probably not  |

THANK YOU! You're all so awesome! It was a great day! I did NO PHYSICS , enjoyed my daughter's basketball game until someone pulled a fire alarm  and then we decided to skip Harvard Square until tomorrow (we'd have gotten there around the time all the college kids got there, and with two kids in tow that's a bit much). So we went to our fave Chinese place right up the street instead and I had a couple of scorpion bowls and we watched the BC game (OK, Ted did, I honestly don't even know if they won or lost) and we'll be putting Kristy Rose to bed in a few. And then Ted, T.J. and I are going to play rummy. I'm a bit loopy after the scorpion bowls, but that's ok because usually I kick their asses... they're hoping that this'll even the playing field! HA! So all in all a great day. And I didn't even get splashed... thanks, Flip! |

Rummy for money would have been profitable... I kicked their butts as usual... Fortunately my husband and son are good sports... or maybe they just pretended to be since it's my birthday! Scorpion bowls... mmmm... rum, brandy, lots and lots of juices... mmmmmm.... |
