hello and welcome to another thursday - mine I got a sleep-in, then thought about going to the gym - I'll do that tomorrow couldn't be bothered going today...then went to speak to the therapist, came home and I'm now watching American Chopper - MIKEY RULES!!!!!!!!!!!!

welcometo another thursday and what a day it has been - cooler weather, saw the therapist today (had a cry), did some retail therapy and found the most beautiful pic of an eagle head with a twinkle in its eye (just like a star) and it is now on my loungeroom wall
