Tis Monday today and I'm posting on it at 5:39 pm PST. Can't believe no one else posted on it today. Nope. In shock. Cannot believe it. How was everyone's Monday? One of my employers took us out to dinner at a winery last night. Picked us all up in a limo. It was quite the night and it was a long ass day at work today, let me tell you. I cannot do that on a work night anymore. but the wine sampling was worth it

Oh they produce all kinds of wine BNLater. I tried their Pinot Gris, which was fabulous, their Reisling, yummy, and their Gwertztrameiner (spelling?) Which was my favourite. Also had some Merlot. It's a beautiful place and the food, albeit pricey, was awsome. There was only on vegetarian dish on the menu, grilled vegetable rice pilaf, but it was excellent. Had a goat cheese salad as well, with creme brule (of course!) for desert.

I have a recipe for creme brulee french toast that I make every year for a brunch we give before going to the theater as a group for a matinee satire of all that is Utah. Fun stuff. It is a wonderful recipe because you make it the night before and then just pop it in the oven the next morning. It is fabo: allrecipes.com/Recipe/Creme-Brulee-French-Toast/Detail.aspx

And quite honestly, the creme brulee on the cruise was not the best I've had.

It was only mob that handed hers to him and made him eat it. I did not get to eat any creme brulee on the cruise, as it had not been served by the time we had the HONOR of lining up for our priority seating. I am glad I did not miss good creme brulee.
