Jessica that is great news! I am so glad he is able to toddle around even if he is not feeling a 100% yet. That is such a good sign. I still think of you during the day at times and always send your family warm healing thoughts.
Binskki, I know what you mean. I mourned the demise of my marriage while I was still married. I am not the sort to give up easily and it was so hard. When it was finally done it was such a relief. I was amazed how heavy it had gotten.
Yay, you will be okay. You are a strong intelligent woman and I can tell you have already started taking care of things. It still bites the big one, but you know you have a support system here anytime you need us.
xoxo

Glad to hear about Jonah, Jessica! That's good news. binskki (and everyone else for that matter), thanks for all your thoughts and kind words. It always helps to know that there are people there who understand how you feel. I know I'll make it through this, and that things will be better on the other side. It's just a matter of getting to the other side. LOL But it'll be okay. I don't think it's going to be a fight (the "You can have whatever you want. I don't care what you take..." seems like a good sign, anyway), so at least there's that. It's just a matter of going through the motions I guess. But thanks everyone! I'm doing my best to stay upbeat and positive!

So sad that it is Monday... The weekend was SOOOOO GORGEOUS! I didn't end up going to the park on Saturday with Annabelle like I had planned, but I did get a lot of stupid little things done that I've needed to do for a while. Then I went to Cedar Point yesterday and it was WONDERFUL!! I had a blast even though I was all by myself! And in case anyone was wondering the new ride, Maverick, if FAN-FRIGGIN'-TASTIC!!!

Oh... Cedar Point. Yet another reason for me to move to Detroit (can't remember where I've mentioned this and where I haven't, but right now, I'm very seriously leaning towards moving to Detroit in October). I am exhausted this fine Monday afternoon, but I am still in a good mood. Had a good conversation with a friend this morning that kept me up way too late/early, but has put me in a good mood. I have a two day work week this week, then I go to Virginia to see my brother. BNL in less than a week. WOOHOOHOO!

My best friend lives in Detroit, and her group of friends is basically the group of people I feel most "at home" with. I'm kind of feeling like it'd be a good time to move and gett a fresh start once the divorce is finalized. I love Arizona, but it would be nice to be able to be involved in my best friend's life, and to be able to get to know her daughter a little better. I hate being there for a couple of days at a time and then having to come back when she's just getting comfortable around me.
Lots of things to weigh, of course. It's not a decision I'll make lightly. But hey... I would be *awfully* close to a lot of BNL action...

Where did you hear about Maverick, Dragon? And just for the record, Kingda Ka is only a matter of 36' taller than Top Thrill Dragster at Cedar Point.
