Hello to all on this ummm fi....I am wo...I am Tuesday!!! My day is fine so far, but have to take my son's car into the shop in a bit to get an estimate for repairs caused by a dwit that rear ended him yesterday. Ohhh the joys!!!!

I got rear ended twice in 6 months a few years back. Both times I was sitting completely still at a stop light, and the person behind just decided they were going to go, even though the light was still red, and I hadn't moved.
Hope there isn't too much damage Later...

My son is A-OK!!!! I am still waiting to hear from the shop....dang it is like 11 and I still don't have a clue!!! Now that worries me.
Flipper my son was sitting dead still exiting work's parking lot, and the guy behind him just smacked him. Arrgghh. I think it will be around $4000.00 total, depending on whether the guy cracked the motor mounts.

Nope not the motor mounts. The biggest problem now is what to do about the body shop needing it for 10-14 days. I can't rent a 17 year old a car...and I won't hand him my Touareg. We are gonna try his dad who drives a pathfinder...we could rent him a car and he could leave his here for my son to drive. He should do something once in awhile.

Dragon the mechanical problem was fixed last week, and it goes in the body shop on Friday. Saturday we are going to his dad's house and renting him a truck so my son can drive his. I can't rent a car for my son to drive because he is under 25. But in 2 weeks it should be all fixed and pretty.
