When is Thanksgiving for you guys? BNLater, I just use 1 cup kosher salt and 1 cup sugar, let me know how you do it!
Next Friday I am going to see Chicago, thanks for reminding me BNLater, I got the tickets so long ago!!

iled the brine i used had green tea and lots of fresh herbs. When I find it I will post it...it makes one awesome turkey. Thanksgiving is on November 24th this year.
Chicago is a great show. I love the theatre.

**hangs head in shame** I have never seen anything like that before, say RiverDance a few times and Cirque de Soliel (best thing ever!!), and dinner theatre but this will be different I am sure, we are really looking forwrad to it!

iled have you seen the movie? I absolutely love the music from Chicago. I am a theatre groupie from way back. I had not had much opportunity to go until this year and we bought season tickets to two different theatre groups. We had tickets to see Lord of the Dance, but they cancelled this leg of the tour. I was really disappointed. We have tickets to see Lion King in early January....my son requested that one.

Hey BNLater, no I have not seen the movie so I don't even know what to look forward to but I heard that lots of people really liked it. I think River Dance and Lord of the Dance are the same things, no? Too bad you had to miss it. Ever been to Cirque?

iled Riverdance and Lord of the Dance both use the same style of dance, and were originally done by the Flatley...but they have different stories and different dances etc. I have seen Cirque on DirecTV, but not live. One day!!
