I moved here about 3 years ago. It's very flat and the rivers are muddy, but somehow, someway, I really like it here!
Phoenix is partly for work, partly for fun. Luckily work comes first (2 days), then the fun can begin (4 days)!!! ;D I've never been, I'm excited!

very cool. How long have you lived there? My dad used to own a store called Frame World in a shopping center with a Medicine Shoppe and..ohhh dang I can't remember what else is there. I wish I could remember the street names. I have not been to that part of the country for years and years and years...in fact I would think probably 21 or so.

I've been here for 3 years....
I'm looking for a more permanent job, and I'm looking in the area, so I guess I'm staying!! I have some family a little south of here and in western NY. I would like to settle anywhere inbetween!

Ahhhh well I liked that area.....I lived there like 5th grade, then 9th through college (ok when I was not away to college).

I think every kid should go away to college... you need to develop on your own in a semi controlled enviroment. College was some of the best times of my life!! My closest friends are from college, and I still talk to them almost everyday even though in 3 years I'm coming up on my 10 year reunion! Not that I'm pushing time to fly by!!!!

Tis true mas. I don't really get concerned about my age, it is when I think about things like my son is getting ready to start college, and I have been at this job for almost 20 years that it doesn't seem possible. I mean to have been at your job for that long you have to be older...and damn it I am not!!! I mean older people don't jump on airplanes and fly across the country into Canada to see a band!!!! LOL
PS. I do not see anyone providing mas with suggestions, hints, ideas etc. for a logo for our board and group!!!! Come on people.....every one of you is creative...let's get on this!!!!

Ok.. so I had the morning off,and now I have to go into work... and I don't wanna!! Ok, enough of my complaining... I do like work, I just am so behind, I have alot to catch up on, and then I have a dinner meeting that will last late... and well... I'm just a big baby! |

ROFL I am not sure why I find it funny that mob waiting until Thursday to post on the Monday sucks thread!!
OK now that I have giggled enough over something goofy, go figure, mob I hear you on the behind stuff. My desk looks like a paper mill exploded on it!! Oh well, back to plodding along through the mire.
