Yep, but no Wii. Decided that they didn't want to fight with our TV and trying to set it up since we have no aux. jacks in the front. Besides, even if they had brought the Wii they wouldn't have brought the bongos, they are regular sized bongos! I can just see Leo, their boxer mix, romping around in the backseat with the bongos for the 2 hour drive!

That is what a trunk is for nonick. So did you have a nice weekend? Did they stay?

The trunk was full of clothes... long story. We did have a nice time but they couldn't stay. Brian's uncle from Yugoslavia was leaving on Monday, that would be today, and they were having a big family get together/lunch yesterday for him. Maybe next time though!

Guster show on the 25th! Woohoo! I won't really see much of them though that weekend as it is only going to be a day trip.

It's here! Woohoo! Friday has arrived!
Thank goodness. I was supposed to work tonight for "mandatory overtime", but we all get one "opt out" per quarter and I've decided to use mine tonight. It was too rough of a week to want to see that office again before Monday. So my weekend has officially begun. Tonight actually ended fairly positively, but I'm glad to be done with the drama for the week.
Hope everyone has a good Friday! I'm planning on sleeping without an alarm clock set, and Lord only knows when I'll be getting up in that case!

I used to get up around the same time as you BNLater, but the last 6 months or so, I've had trouble getting up in the mornings except on my days off. It's weird.
Why the big sigh Flipper?
It's Friday, I'm off tomorrow, yay! Plus I get a late start today, no patient until 8, and it all goes according to my plan, I'll work through lunch again and be finished at 4.
So, anyone have any exciting plans for the weekend?

Jessica we are going to our youngest niece's birthday party. A whole house full of giggling screaming girls eating chocolate!!! We always have fun with the three of them, but we are usually ready to head home at the end!

Oh that sounds like fun! Whenever there's cake involved it's a good time. So how old is the birthday girl?

I should add that my big plans this weekend include not working tomorrow! My 3 month old Nephew, Parker, is being Baptized Sunday as well. Should be fun if he doesn't get sick with this flu thing everyone else in my family seems to be getting!
