Hmmm... where did a week go?? The Queen concert was really fantastic. It very well produced from the flying scaffolding and giant disco ball, to the mega spot lights, to the old video clips of everyone. The set list was great, mostly Queen songs, but four Bad Company/Free songs: Intro Beautiful Day Mix Reaching Out Tie Your Mother Down Fat Bottomed Girls I Want to Break Free Take Love Crazy Little Thing Called Love Love of My Life Hammer to Fall Feel Like Makin' Love Let There Be Drums I'm in Love with My Car Guitar solo Last Horizon Bad Company Can't Get Enough These Were the Days of Our Lives Radio Ga Ga Dragon Attack Another One Bites the Dust Under Pressure The Show Must Go On Bohemian Rhapsody --- We Will Rock You All Right Now We Are the Champions God Save the Queen I would say the best song of the night was probably Under Pressure. The whole place went nuts for it after Brian May told the crowd that they don't play that one very much, but it was requested by their bass player because it was his birthday (it was my dad's birthday, too!). I can't really think of anything else to say other than it was a great show! Brian May was fantastic on guitar, Roger Taylor's drum solo was kick ass, and while I'm not a very big Bad Company/Paul Rodgers fan, he really did a great job on all the songs, including the Queen classics. I would highly recommend this show to anyone else. I loved it so much in fact, that I tried really hard to get tickets to Friday night's show in Detroit, but sadly, I couldn't get anything good. I know I'm probably forgetting something important, but as I remember back, I may add more stuff this post. Like I said, if it interests you at all GO SEE THIS SHOW!! Oh yeah, and happy Monday!

I hope this year's concert agenda in our area of the world is better than last year. There was virtually nothing decent around here when I was in town. BNLater - I didn't realize Joan Baez and Gordon Lightfoot were still around. BBVD sounds like fun...

BBVD is the greatest. We saw them twice last year and would see them multiple times this year is they come through.

Woot for a four-day week! Although, it's going to be a hell-studying week, that starts with staying late after school tonight to do some online research in the comp labs...

I'm having a day of studying the road rules and getting the gist being behind the wheel for the first time on thursday for my first drifving lesson and I am being taught to drive in a Land rover...so I get used to the heaviness when I go for my truckers licence in about 2 and half years time
