Flipper is right up my tail again - this is what happens when a piece of computer hardware breaks down and leaves me - naked for 48 hours

The Flippers ate at TGI Fridays. I had the bruscheta chicken pasta - the first dish they brought had pink running through the middle of the CUT UP chicken. Morons.

Buca Di Peppo!!
We had it all.... lemon chicken, eggplant parm, meatballs, sausage, spagetti with meat sauce, garlic bread, salad, lots of wine (including white and red sangria) and then we had canolli's and tiramasu.... YUM!

What Flipper? Don't you like your chicken medium rare?? I once had a waitress ask me when I ordered some sort of chicken dish, "How do you want your chicken done?" And I paused for a moment and kind of looked around and said, "Um... cooked??" In her defense the people that ordered before me all had beef items, but still...

The worst thing it was it took em 20 minutes to bring me a replacement. Wifey was almost done with her meal, so I felt like I was inhaling my food to catch up.
We used to go to Friday's a lot when we first got married and played trivia there, watched football, etc. Then they started taking us for granted and the service just sucked. We hardly ever go to that one anymore, and now I remember why.
Bucca Di Beppo is awesome - Louisville is the closest one for us. Eaten there 3 times I think.
We have a fairly new chain here in Lex - Johnny Carinos - it is excellent. What other chains do people like? We hit Applebee's a lot, Max & Erma's - but otherwise mostly local oriented restaurants.

Johnny Carinos has really good food. I like Macaroni Grill too. We eat at Chili's quiet often or Red Robin. Our AppleBees sucks big time. We went in one night and they didn't have the first four things we ordered...I was like..can you tell what you DO have. Service is terrible too.
We eat at alot of local places too. There is a restaurant called Pomodoro....has the best Chicken Marsala I have ever had...dang that sounds good.
OK enough of the food talk, it is only 9:26 and I want lunch now.

Except for fast food chains, there aren't many American restaurant chains in Quebec... although I have heard of AppleBee's and some others... if I say Mikes and St-Hubert, that doesn't ring a bell does it?
