Oh those were the days.
I haven't had one of those contests in a long time. You know, putting a Lemonhead in your mouth and seeing who puckered first.
I think I've actually had sour gum before..

They exist, I've seem some around... what I usually do is let my younger brother try any kind of sour candy out before me... he's usually a good gauge as to how sour it is... however, he won't approach spicy food yet, cause for some reason he doesn't trust me... I have no idea why...

I have four younger sisters and no brothers...
my son has a younger sister and it is he who tries any strange food out , as he has an iron stomach

My brother is 11, a smartass likes to be sarcastic alot , and a guy who's always fun to torture (mostly when he gets angry, then it's funnier, cause he tries to hurt me but he can't, and then he gets all insulted... at least he tries), while my sister is 9, sweet as can be, but hyperactive as can be also... but I love them both (but don't tell them!!)

LOL Ludwig your secrets is safe with me....although some payoff might be in order. LOL Since I am the youngest I never got to torture others, but I do know the frustration of trying to get the better of my older brothers!!!

I wastoo quiet and shy to be picked on, and sat in my room studying hte racing guide for former next door neighbours, and I did fairly well out of it having a 95% strike rate

ludwig, great that you love your sibs, (swear not to tell) . i have an older brother, who despite the way he sometimes acts, i know he loves me, but im not sure about my younger brother, once again a smartass so im in the middle, plus an older step sister.....i love them all
