BNLater- Basement = Wet and Icky + Spiders
mobitz- It turned out to be nice here too... still a lot of snow on the ground, especially where it's piled up.
Can't wait for the weekend... I want to get all my homework out of the way so I can go see Horton Hears a Who and practice my unicycle... (I just realized by typing that how lame I actually am... Lol.)

Hey, that's pretty darn cool. I wish I knew how to ride a unicycle. And as far as seeing a kids movie...it's not JUST a kids movie, it's entertainment. A piece of history. Someday when you are old and grey you can tell you grandkids you saw that movie in the theater. And they'll say, "what's a movie theater? We just watch movies in our head with our inplantable brain-ipod devices"

Is it weird that I've thought about that? Our school did "Suessical" as our musical 2 years ago and it was really neat. It revolved around Horton Hears a Who mostly, but included a lot of other Dr. Seuss' characters as well. My best friend had a lead, but I would rather watch the musical than be in it, in my opinion. It turned out really cool, and ever since I have loved Horton hears a who more than I did when I was a child. (I was a Cat in the Hat fan!)

I too am a Seuss fan....Love the books...but the movies take me back...Back to my childhood, watching movies in school. Back in my day we used to watch them off the real with a movie projector.... One of my favorites... www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-Y0Az-4wUg

my very favorite is To Think That I Saw It On Mulberry Street. I used to have it memorized when the kids were little.

The Lorax was one of my favorite videos, my mom had it on a VHS tape with a bunch of other Dr. Seuss cartoons. I think I played that tape so many times it probably doesn't even work now!

ohhh man, there was no such thing as VHS when I was growing up. I just read the books over and over. I think I had one on a record that was as close as we got.
