Heck yeah! My gambling budget will be $20 a day, and you know what, I doubt I'd even spend that. I just can't stomach losing money in 5 minutes like that.

not many cheaper places in the States to fly to to buy lotion and soap, that pink grapefruit one is worth the trip! You could fill a knapsack with just that............plus all the other yummy stuff they have. Emily loves all the American Girl stuff they have. Good luck with that!

I'm with you on the gambling thing, Jess. I know that there is always the possibility of really hitting the jackpot and turning your $100 into $500, but c'mon... like I would be that lucky... riiiiiight. I'm far more into tangible things. I know that I can use that $100 to.... put gas in my car or buy a couple cool pairs of shoes or pay some medical bills or put it toward a kick ass vacation... etc., etc. I hope you get lots of yummy smelling stuff from Bath and Body, Jess! Just remember to pack lightly so that your luggage won't be overweight on the way home!!
iled... does Bath & Body Works have a pink grapefruit fragrance now?

nonick, I bought some in Miami and when I went to get some more at another location there was none. I only have a bit left so I use is sparingly. A girl I work with was just in Seattle and she couldn't find it either. I also gave away my sweet pea one too. Our friends were over and she really liked it.

Ok it is midweek yet again. I am still smiling from seeing Jess and Laura......they are nuts you know! So what does everyone have planned for this weekend? We are doing some more yard stuff at the old house on Saturday AM, then more work on Bob's office in the afternoon. Sunday we have our first Padres game of the season!!!!!

I need to have Brandon mow the backyard, but it's raining.
I bought three new seed feeders yesterday and I was going to get those out and clean the existing ones so we are ready for the spring migration. I also need to hang another nectar feeder since we have hummers for sure and the orioles will be here in less than two weeks. (!!!!!!)
Kent has an awards dinner that I don't have to go to so my day will be quite slow while his is filled with political hand pressing. He is such an angel.
Fairly slow day here. It's gray and rainy.

surprising that sounds like a fun filled day. Our bird feeder is busy as usual. It took the birds about 3 weeks after we moved in to find it, but then they told all of their friends, and now it barely lasts two days before it is empty, and it is a huge feeder! Currently we have what I believe are Martins all over it routinely. They actually eat off the ground too, which is cool, keeps the funky grass from sprouting all over.

Our grass under the feeders is always super tall. I think it's from the doves and blackbirds stimulating the grass or something. It's a b-e-a-r to mow. Bwahahaha says the mom with the son that has to do it. Score!
We got snow today and rain tomorrow but it should be sunny and 57 on Saturday. Hard to believe we have been as warm as 77 this month. We are hoping the apricot blossoms didn't freeze but only time will tell. We got zip from them last year due to freeze. bummer

Our yard has: 1 apricot tree 1 peach tree 1 nectarine tree 1 pear tree 2 plum trees 2 sour cherry trees 2 sweet cherry trees 6 apple trees It is beautiful, the birds love it and we have planted five of them in the last couple of years but honestly picking up the fallen fruit before mowing is a b-e-a-r. They are all organic so we get some bugs but they just add protein. We need to plant trees in the front and I am thinking more cherry or peach. Why have a tree that does nothing?
