hehe we care, really  ...i need to get my hair trimmed... it's getting all cruddy at the ends and is longer than i've had it in years ... but i'm doing a suprisingly good job at dealing with it |

Me too! 29 inches or something like that. Everyone is going to be mad at me for trimming it..or maybe no one really cares.

wait... you're cutting off 29 inches? that isn't a trim!! i thought by trim we were talking like 4 inches to get rid of split ends and stuff ...people shouldn't get mad at you for that! they shouldn't even notice... but 29 inches is a lot... or is your hair like 29 inches long? if that's the case i'm not so concerned about your sanity   |

Flippin' is also another word for saying F@#$ in Australia, and there another 3 words that I'm aware of which also mean F@#$ these are flamin', bugger and crikey... I think this is why the croc hunter gets hyper that he may get caught cursing so he has to say an alternative
I had a hair cut as well losing about 6 inches and having more taken off next week
This has gone from welcoming cmm2 to alternate swear words to haircuts- I love it here ;D

5-6 years ago I chopped my hair an donated it for locks of love, the people that make wigs for kids with cancer. It was over a foot and a half they took off ..... I had my stylist pull my hair back in a pony and and just cut the whole thing off.... In retrospec, I was quite traumatized by it all.... I didn't have enough hair to pull back afterwards... and I have always had long hair... I just told myself... it's for a good reason, it's for a good reason.... My hair is now long again, and I'm not quite sure if I am up for it again just yet!! |

That doesn't mean I can't call him it...again, I'll only stop if protests. I'm not that mean..
I've been told to donate it. I'm on the fence. I'm scared that someone else will be wearing my hair..it freaks me out. And I like it long...
So I don't know....

i think locks for love only asks for like 6 inches, which really isn't a lot if your hair is long, and it will grow back faster after getting trimmed... or that's what i've heard
...maybe i'll do that when i'm home next week... monday, when my bf is in classes... my hair really needs it...

I think they ask for AT LEAST 10 inches, they can't make it a wig otherwise...

The locks for love thing is awesome. I don't have enough to worry about donating. I actually had my hair longer about 5 years ago...but I have like baby fine hair, and I could not do anything with it. Made me crazy...if someone would come up with a clippy or something so I could pull it back I would go long again...but alas they all just fall out.
dragon flippin is used in the same way here, along with fricking. I personally, depending on where I am and who is around, just use the word itself. I did not know that crickey was a substitute for the F word. Puts it in a whole new light to me. I mean I knew it was an exclamation word, but....hmmm

that croc hunter guy swears a whole lot in that light!! ...i use freakin' and flippin' when i'm around my parents, but otherwise i just "slip" and use the f word... it's such a stupid concept really... ::shrugs:: by the way: www.locksoflove.org/funny the way everyone says "locks for love"... even groups that have participated with it... |

ok here we go on another tangeant, went through the syllabus of each unit Im taking at uni, and I need a lab coat and safety goggles for when I do chem and bro-in-law called me the mad scientist so there is a new nickname for me, that makes 15 nicks so far....
