and there is an operation to cure it, but its not worth having...so grin and bear the pain as well as the inconvenience of suffering from it...

About two years ago I got my first dizzy spell, and a year ago they started happening once a week, usually in school. Usually they weren't too bad... I never fell over, but a couple times I did have to place my hand on a near by desk or something if I was standing up. About the same exact time, with the same pattern I got some really odd headaches. None of them are really painful enough to complain about, but it's just that they'd persist for days... It'd be like someone hitting you lightly over and over again in the same spot. It didn't hurt at first, but it does after awhile... Plus, they were simply annoying.
I went to my doctor about them and she said it was typical signs and that it "sounds like stress." I was wondering if it was vertigo, but neither symptom is exactly.... Strong. It's just there.
(This is also the same doctor that I showed this weird small lump next to my spine to. You can't see it, but I can feel it. She said it was "probably" a cyst... Yea, I'm glad I have a doctor that uses reasuring words like "probably" and "sounds like"... While I'm over here worrying about giant tumors on my spine paralyizing me for ever, and a massive amount of brain cancer or something.)

I would get a second opinion about the lump, as two friends have lost their lives through cancer of the spine which spred to the brain - not very pleasant for them anyway, to wilter away
yeah thatsthe same symptoms I get with vertigo too, having to use tablers and walls to walk around and another sign of vertigo is the after-affects to want to vomit...and since wednesday I have grade 1 tears on the ribcage (intercostal) muscle and its hurts when I laugh, cough, or sneeze - just like Felix the cat

Yeah, I think I'll get a second opinion on it if it gets any larger...
I think my doctor is right about the stress though, as the dizzyness and headaches usually happen right after or during school.
It just doesn't make sense to me, because I am NOT stressed out for once. My classes are mildy easy and the ones that are hard are subjects I enjoy for once.
Poor DH! That sounds painful. Don't you have a flu or cold too?

I've got a head cold with a sinus infection - fun, as I feel like a cat coughing up "fur balls" which are actually phlegm balls
