nonick our assistant office manager is Hawaiian and it is a staple. I would suppose because it is easy to store and keep. We took my parents to Hawaii last summer for their 50th Anniversary and my son was very disappointed that McDonald's close to where we were did not have Spam on the menu!!

I've never heard that before, but it sounds really odd. Generally you think of Hawaii as someplace bordering on exotic, and Spam... well, not so much! I know, I gave up on AIM for now, BNLater. I'm off to lunch!!  |
