Welcome to hell there Nonick. Ever since 1990, it's been brutal watching the Reds. Between that and the strike in the early 90's, I've had a hard time staying interested through the season. ESPECIALLY living with a Yankees fan.

From what a friend of mine here at work said just earlier today, the Reds are doing fairly well this year. Only what, one or one and half games out of first in the division? That should make you pretty happy.

So how's your head, Flip? It's the first day of my other class... Behavioral Neuroscience... wish me luck! But after school I'm going to a Pub Quiz challenge - basically a trivia game at a bar with the team that wins getting $50. You know, enough to cover the bar bill and that's about it!  Last week our team won! |

It is live in the bar. Last week we had 5 people on our team, but you can have up to 6. We kicked the other teams' butts, winning by over 80 points!!!

Nope, last week there were 9 teams. The team CLOSEST to us lost by over 80 points!!

I've done those live trivia games before. They are pretty fun, and there always seems to be the same teams at the one we've been to.

Yeah, there are a LOT of regulars. The competition is sometimes crazy, with people getting all flipped out over two or four missed points.  But in general it is so much fun! And I'm always amazed by how much silly useless stuff my friends and I know. LOL! |
