May I recommend some Columbia brand casual thong sandals, Jessica? I just ordered a couple pairs from www.zappos.com and they are WONDERFUL! Wht a great website! I'm literally drooling. Haven't had a chance to investigate yet, but I wonder if there is a Canadian site?

I actually bought a bathing suit today (err, yesterday at this point I guess). I was thinking about a bikini, but that just wasn't going to work. I must say, I'm a bit worried about boobs popping out of the one I bought, but I guess if I'm going to be naked anyway... LOL

I don't have that problem Yay, I need something extra in that department to hold my suit up! LOL!
I'm very self conscious, so I think I will look for a tankini instead. I don't feel so naked then!
And aren't the shoes on that site amazing! Good prices too! It's tough to find anything summery at this time of year. Oh well, a shopping I will go tomorrow.
Hmmmmm, guess this really belonged on a Saturday thread seeing as it is 6:30 Saturday morning!

Jessica--
The movie was very funny! I really enjoyed everything about it, especially the animation. It looked so real, it was almost beleivable!
The Shrek the Third preview was good too! I can't wait to see it... Being a Mike Myers fan is hard when he hasn't had any new movies come out for a couple of years!

Thanks for the review Devin! They've been talking about that moive all morning on my local radio station. I just may try and find time to see it this week. I too am a Mike Myers fan. He is Canadian and all I saw a mini preview for Shrek 3 somewhere and it looked good. Did you know Chris Farley was originally cast as the voice of Shrek? He died before finishing the movie so Mike Myers took over. I'm full of useless info thanks to my one guilty pleasure, People magazine.

I'm glad you like that site, Jessica! I found it through a girl that I work with and I know that our very own BNLater is an avid Zappos fan. What's not to love though? The free extra speedy delivery is fabulous, plus I got summer sandals in December, can't go wrong there!
So what is Shrek the Third going to be about? Are they going to have babies or something?

Yes, I did know that, Jessica. Trust me, ask me anything about Mike Myers and I can probably answer your question!
Shrek the Third's basic storyline is that the King dies, so Shrek is supposed to take his place. Shrek doesn't want to, so they try to find another king. And the best they found was King Arthur, played by Justin Timberlake.
It sounds quite funny... But I think they maybe shoulda stopped after the 2nd one. But, I guess I'll just have to find out!

Oh, and something else I wanted to menchon... If you're a big Converse-shoe-freak like me, if you go to www.converse.com you can customize a pair of converse low or hi-top shoes! The downfall is, they are 60 dollars, at least for the hi-tops. And I think a percentage of the money goes to help fight AIDS in Africa or something like that. I just can't wait until my next paycheck or so to get a pair!

It's Friday! I'm done work at 1 pm then we leave for the airport at 4 pm to fly out at 6:30 pm!
What time are you getting in at nonick? We get into Ft Lauderdale at about 12:30 pm Saturday. I will probably have to head to the host hotel and crash for a bit. I'm going to be bagged after travelling all night.
Ok, happy Friday everyone!
