So Monday is the one year anniversary of the board. I am trying to figure out how to celebrate. Any suggestions? I think it would be cool for everyone to provide some stories or favorite moments on the board, or then and now stories, such as the people that have come, and some that have gone...such as Random herself!!! And who can forget the mighty dolicket that never graces our doors anymore. I could also do a contest to see if people know how and why this board came to be. What other ideas do you all have?

The contest sounds great since I would really like to know that, random thoughts are good too, most memorable moments, all good ideas,

It still amazes me. I came here and actually thought it'd been up for a while (because I didn't look around) and then I realized a while ago that I'd actually joined like a month into it. Yikes!
I'm all for everything you mentioned.

I think the puppies make the board what it is....the games...creative corner....and the members - active and inactive members, make it what it is today......and a HUGE thanx to BNLater for keeping us sane....

The puppies are a big part of the board!! Although I must admit I have been ignoring them quite a bit lately!!
I admit, It's been neat meeting people from the board!! It's so nice to put a face to a name and even better if that includes beer!! I was afraid to meet anyone.... I fear the vast land of the internet and the wild world of crazies out there.... but I know we have a solid group here who take good care of each other! ;D ;D ;D
Besides, who else would put up with me talking about BNL AGAIN or Ed's sexy scarf collection?

Well you were right, mob, we are wild worldly crazies! But it the best way, of course...  I agree, with all those ideas. Perhaps someone should start with a post of prompts, sort of like a survey, then everyone can just fill in their replies whenever they can. - "My favorite board moment was:"
- "The board member I miss the most is:"
- "My favorite Random game is/was:"
- "Favorite Pirod Product is:"
- "Greatest moment in One Big Sentence:"
- Etc., etc...
Anyone have any ideas of what more to add to the list? OOH! I know a good quiz question! "Can you name all the Random puppies?" lol I know I'd fail that one! |

"My favorite board moment was:" I really enjoy(ed) the pictures and reviews from the BFTH tour, Told finding out I was from Calgary and getting me some awesome seats to the above mentioned concert. Without acutally meeting people forming friendships through one common interest and then finding out you have alot more in common.
"The board member I miss the most is:" I joined after alot of people left.
"My favorite Random game is/was:" Hangman of couse, I suck at everything else!!!
"Favorite Pirod Product is:" Pirod himself
" WORST moment in One Big Sentence:" if you play this game you will know the answer to this!!
Etc., etc...
Anyone have any ideas of what more to add to the list?
OOH! I know a good quiz question! "Can you name all the Random puppies?" don't know any of them!!
