mmm... graham cracker crust...
i think the one we liked at Cheesecake Factory was a raspberry one... and we had a "death by chocolate" Ghiradelli (some anniversary) one... there were like 5 of us to the three pieces of cheesecake and that one was only half eaten... too rich
mmm...raspberry... gah, now i'm hungry

hrm... guess i missed the transition from dolicket and crickphin to birphin? but i'm not particularly confused... it's a funny word must steal mom's cheesecake recipe... and learn to make it... darn... guess i'll need one of those spiffy pans, too... ::sigh:: or can you make it without one of them?
