Very cool soft. I am sure it will be good. A tried and true recipe I suppose? Flipper that sounds good, with chocolate icing? And like cherry in the cake? Or more like a black forest cake? OK now you have all made me hungry.

'tis indeed. I just don't make it often enough to have it memorized, so the recipe has tons of chocolate stains from where I've made messes. A wee bit difficult to read sometimes.

That is a sign of a really good recipe soft. My recipe for crepes is on a scrap of paper that is stiff from being covered with flour, eggs and batter.
