I talked with nonick this morning. MRI was done, but long. She has an appointment with the neurologist tomorrow mid morning. I will keep you posted.

Thanks everybody. It's nice to know that you have support when things are crappy. If not for the fact that I can't feel my butt, legs, and feet, I'd be in great shape! I'm bored out of my mind for the most part and off work for at least 2 weeks, depending on what happens with all my tests. And, uh... I don't wait well. I know you all find that hard to believe, shocking in fact. But I've already told all my doctors that. Now. No, not two weeks. Now. So tomorrow morning I go back to the neurologist and we'll see what happens from there. Thanks again for all your well wishes!

Hey Nonick, how great that your doctor is seeing you again so soon. I hate it when they make you wait and wait before telling you anything.
I won't promise to ride a rollercoaster with you but I will make you a from scratch mojito and let you use my binoculars to watch birds while you sit on my deck if you want to come out here. In my world it doesn't get much better than that!
*smooches* let us know how things go.

Well yeah... when I called in and said I needed an appointment to see him ASAP the girl on the line said, "Well... let's see... we're looking at the end of next week." Um... nope, that's not going to work for me. So next she says... "We could probably squeeze you in this Friday..." Um... no. Still too far off. Then she says, "How about today at 10:15?" Why... really, why must you do that dance when you call into a doctor's office? But I said today probably wouldn't do any good since he wouldn't have the MRI report yet, how about tomorrow? "Hmm... we could squeeze you in at 10:30 tomorrow." Perfect! Why? Really. Why?? At any rate, I'm glad I got in, but shit, couldn't she just say tomorrow at 10:30 like 2 minutes into the conversation?

Andrea I am sure they needed to know that you really needed to get in, not just a more routine thing! But you gotta dance the dance with them!

But really, is anything with a neurologist a 'routine thing'? I'm glad nonick seems to be back to her usually sarcastic impatient self. And I mean that with all my heart! Hey, did you get my text message?!?!!?!??

Jessica she told me she did if that helps!! LOL
I would assume that neurologists have on going patients. Don't they?

...like my sister. Anyone that has a chronic neurological illness has appointments with their neurologist every so often. I think Amy is out to seeing him every 2 months now? For a while she was seeing him once a week.
I'm sorry Jess, I did get your text message at like 8:30am this morning!
