What time is it over there, DH?
Time zones freak me out. There's no other way to put it.

I'm 12 hours ahead of New York time (until daylight saving ends - then it goes back to 13hrs)...if you are still confused just ask our resident timekeeper - Ludwig...

Haha, I don't think time zones are anything I'll ever be able to understand. I mean, I understand WHY they happen, I understand the concept of having time zones. I understand basically everything I think there is to understand about time zones.
It's just one of those things that is just Too Big for me to grasp. Like God. Or... how a few cells randomly dividing creates a child.
So, yep. God, the gift of a child and time zones are all pretty much on the same level for me, apparently.
Aren't I the intelligent one.

It's abit of an odd day 2day. It doesn't feel like a monday as it's a Bank Holiday......it's like sunday all over again.
I haven't really been around much this past week, lots of stuff is happening at home so I've not really felt up to posting. Things seem to be getting better tho just going to take it one day at a time.

Hogey one day at a time is all we ask. Wait that is one can of almonds, anyway the advice is sound. I hope things are getting better at home for you. I bet you are getting excited for the start of school huh? When do you leave?
Welcome to Monday everyone...ok, Dragon will be saying goodbye to it pretty soon. I hope that it is cooler for most than it is here....at around 5 last night it was 108 on my back porch. I also hope that noone has people they love in Katrina's path.

108? When it gets 90 I'm pretty much dead.
I second that Katrina's Path comment.

I just came back from my school to show my sister The Freshman where her home room is for tomorrow's first day back to school... It was SO unbearably hot there. It's going to be horrble tomorrow with all the body heat from everyone else in the crowded hallways...
