Happy Sunday everyone! I don't know why I'm so chipper about it really. Its rainy outside and I leave for work in about 20 minutes. And yet it feels like it could be a great day.

Good morning all from Anarchy Central!
Another 10 decent hours of sleep, a good breakfast, and my laptop on the couch. Hope there's decent TV on today...
(I think I'm here by myself....)

WOOHOO!!!! My prayers are answered....Lord of the Rings final episode is on in 8 minutes. I've only seen it at the theatre NYE a couple of years ago. That's good for killing at least 3 hours!!

I spent my sunday scrubbing the laundry toilet and bathroom, plus polishing my boots (a tedious job) for the march on monday for the local Anzac day parade...need to look spick and span when I'm marching...

Still working on my presentations... If I didn't care so much about having a good presentation I would be done already....

The meat of the presentations are already finished, it's just all the fine tuning!! and putting in funny pictures and cartoons, to make it enjoyable......

Hello all. The weather here is wonderful...coolish but sunny. It rained last night, and bit earlier but not enough to be a pain. Today we were in the movies when it rained.

It was fantastic...except for the idiots that buy tickets to a concert only to come late and run back and forth from their seats and leave early. We had center aisle seats so it was up down, up down, up down all evening. Aside from feeling like a pogo stick it was great. The opening act was The Perishers. They are from Sweden, and I really like their stuff. We liked them so much that we bought they first US album that was just released last week today. I suggest that everyone check them out. Then Sarah took the stage. I love her voice, and she has a really awesome sense of humor. At one point she was talking about her 3 year old...said that it was the terrible threes and the f**k you fours!!!! I about fell off my seat. Anyway, by the time she did her last encore with just her and her piano...the venue was about 1/3 full...which is really stupid considering that they have stacked parking, and there is no guaranty that you will able to actually pull out. We were second in our line, and when we finally got to the car the people behind us were cheering...I guess I think a bit differently about a concert. I pay alot of tickets...and want to enjoy all of it. I am generally in no hurry to rush out. Anyway that is my review.

mob it is the only way to have enough parking. The Greek is set up in the Hollywood hills in Griffith Park. It is a wonderful place to have a concert...it is alll nestled in and amongst trees...very pretty...but right in the heart of a residential area..with huge and very expensive house....so to allow everyone to park they stack park them....you know before you go in. There are places to park along side the side roads, but very hilly and long way to walk especially after the show.

I concur... You've paid to be there. Go early. Stay late. Get the full use out of those babies!! Glad it was a good show. You guys didn't get wet then?

Nope, sprinkled very lightly right at the end, but nothing really. Sprinkled a bit on the way home, and rained after 1 this morning.
