Jessica, nope! The mix was so bad that you could not really hear the lead singer. I suspect that perhaps his voice is not so good anymore, so they drown him out.

Jessica we saw some awesome music, so not a big deal. I don't know that I would have bought tickets just to see REO in the first place.

Hey, happy Friday all! What's everyone's plan for the weekend?
I'm working until 5, hitting the gym, then packing for my trip to Vancouver. Leaving at 4:30 am, dropping my Grandma off at her sisters then enjoying a weekend of shopping in Bellingham, shopping in Vancouver, and a spa treatment. I can'twait. I'll be back Monday!

I am getting ready to go to my mother-in-law's house to wash her hair and give her a shower, then I am going to come home and clean the guinea pig cages, then I am going to fill the bird feeders, then I will either go out to dinner with my husband's family or sit on my behind and enjoy a cold beverage while watching the birds. I think I am voting for the cold beverage.  Enjoy your weekend everyone! |

I have returned! The quick rundown of the past few days goes like this: Bowling For Soup was awesome, Jiffy Lube is overpriced, Marysville is kinda scary (looks like the perfect setting for a B horror movie, complete with weird residents), Slayer is LOUD and their fans are kinda dicky, Manson was awesome, I was correct in thinking that Belle would not be much of a mosher (which means I have somewhere safe to leave my wallet while I'm in the pit), Warped Tour kicked an indescribable amount of ass, I got kicked in the head multiple times (ah, crowdsurfers... I'm only glaring at you because I wish I was still small enough to do that), got oodles of free stuff (and spent way too much money on the stuff that wasn't), nearly got my first tattoo (a local shop was giving 20% off with Warped ticket stub), kinda wish I had, managed to get sunburned on the backs of my calves, of all places, I'm still completely exhausted, and I'm doing it again tomorrow. It's the final show of the tour, and I really couldn't resist once I heard that Circle Jerks were playing. Doing this one alone, though... Wonder if they'll let me in with a huge wallet chain? And okay, maybe TM does put fees even on cash purchases now... I sent Belle to buy my ticket while I was at work, so I'm not sure, but it says $8 convenience charge on there.  |
