That is too funny, iled!! I think it was in the lower 70's as I was driving into work this morning and it's supposed to be upper 80's today I think. It's hard to explain though, even though they are the same temps that we had a month ago they feel very different now.

it got to 68 on wednesday 72 on thursday.....in some parts of Australia its already in the 90's and winter isnt over yet...

*YAAAAAAAAAAAWN* I just can't seem to shake the sleepies this week.... Although that is the theme of my whole office lately, everyone is *sick* in one way or another. The joys of the changing seasons!! Wake me if something exciting happens!!

So the saga of the BT landline:
Took me 5 attempts just to get onto the queing system.
On hold for 9 mins whilst being told there VERY busy and someone WILL take my call soon.
Someone answered then cut me off!
Went through it all again "Hi I'm Becky at BT could I take your BT number please?" bering in mind this is the number you call if you DON'T have a BT number!!!
Engineer coming nxt tuesday to check the wiring then should have the internet by hmmm christmas.
Anyway lifes good my flat mate Dean moves in on Friday seriously looking forward to it woohoo!

Hey not bad to get through on the second call there Hogey!!! Don't you just hate being on hold listening to a recording of how they think your call is important? That just chaps my hide. Put on some rockin music and let me enjoy my time, not be remind constantly that I am on HOLD!!! I will keep my fingers crossed that teh engineer finds everything cool and hooks you right up!!!!
Very cool that your flat mate is moving in on Friday. When do classes start? Have you started cricket practice?

I'm almost always startled when someone actually answers the phone after I've been sitting on hold for a long time. Sometimes I even forget why I was calling!
