Yeah... So.. It's Friday. It feels like Tuesday.
I got home late last night after the Quiz Bowl Tournament, it was fun. Until I realized I missed Oprah on Ellen, which would have been a good show. And I also missed most of the American Idol results show. So after all of that, I worked on my duck tape pants. Oh what fun... I decided I didn't want to do the entire pants, so I did them almost to the knee. Don't look too bad, actually. They are pink, green and orange, so I wore 2 different colored converse, one of my pink, and one of my green. Then I changed the handkerchief color to pink, and created slits down the side of my vest so when I sit down it doesn't go up. Works pretty well, actually!
Then, I stayed up pretty late watching Juvies on MTV, which is a really good show, and forgot I had a practice OGT test today. ("Ohio Graduation Test" which the REAL test determines if you graduate or not) So, I just took that stupid test, and it was fairly easy. It was the science test, and it took me almost 2 hours to complete. Now I'm back to a regular day. And I can't wait until lunch!

Ahhh yes, the wonderful Ohio standardized tests... Oh so much fun. They must have changed them slightly since when I took them. We had the 9th Grade Proficiency Tests, which you had to pass in order to graduate (which I passed in either 7th or 8th grade), then we had the Senior Proficiency Tests, which meant NOTHING. Just a big old waste of time. My teachers absolutely despised the latter because we didn't have classes for a week for no reason at all. I think the only incentive we were given for those was that if we passed them we got out of our final exams!
Friday here is fine. Had something new added to my job yesterday afternoon that I'm working on now that is a bit awkward. Guess it probably will be until the new system gets moving. Otherwise looking forward to the weekend and GUSTER on Sunday!

Have fun seeing Guster, Nonick!
Oh boy, I don't think I've been happier to be home! My mom is bringing home my grandma after work so she can spend the evening with us. Then I will drive her car on the paper route, and then I will drive her home. Then off to Walmart! Such an eventful night!

It's Friday! My last day of work for the week! I just have to get past the next 9 and a half hours of wok, I think I can!
So, what are everyone's plans for the weekend? I'm hoping to ee Wild Hogs, it opens today and looks pretty darn funny. I have a bank appointment tomorrow morning. Otherwise, that's all on my agenda, the rest I'm going to wing!
Have a goodday all!

It may not make it that far south, mob... The sun is actually out here right now and it's stopped snowing.
I love the variation in weather on my birthday! Early March is fun!

I am done school for the day and plan on doing some homework so I can relax this evening. It was a long week but I got 2 midterms back and I got an A and an A- so pretty happy about that. So only 3 more midterms to write. yay. I also get to work tomorrow and Sunday so that makes up my weekend unless some gorgeous man decides to whisk me away to Italy. Like that will happen. Oh well I can play this summer if we ever get a summer. It keeps deciding to snow and then melt. Getting a little tired of it.

Damn BNLater, I'm a bad hygienist I know the demand is there. I am on a mailing list for hygienist's accross Canada and the US and we discuss demand all the tme. There is a huge demand for us here in western Canada as well. I too am booking 6 months in advanced. Whoo hoo Laura! You should have celebrated by going to see Wild Hogs with me tonight. I can't find anyone to go. I'm considering going along to the late show.
