Well we're doing the fire works tonight. It started to rain a little last night. Its not illegal to sell/buy fireworks in Canada but they can only be purchased for certain weekends....Victoria day, Canada day and I think labour day.

In Ohio and Michigan it is not illegal to buy them, but it is illegal to set them off without getting a license or permit and having the fire department on site. You have to sign something at every fireworks store in both states saying that will buy them here but take them out of the state within twenty-four hours to shoot them off. Crazy, yes, but it saves your butt if you would happen to get caught with them by a cop. LOL... Can you tell that I used to work in a fireworks store?  |

I don't know how close I became to be drunk - I mean I came awfully close to it though...
Had 8 beers (3.5%) and a vodka and chocolate mudshake (5.5%) in 4 hours - thankfully I did not throw up at any stage though, even though I felt I was drunk enough not to get behind the weel for anextended period of time (I don't have my licence so I was lucky there)

it's near the end of Saturday, and no posts! What's going on? It is Saturday, isn't it?
Well, I had SAT IIs this morning. the US History one was fantastic, Chemistry was pretty good, and Latin sucked blowhole (but not yours, Flipper). That's about all I did today besides veg.

I slept most of Sunday after being awake until 5am watching a soccer match between Australia and Argentina (we lost 4 - 2)

I had a not so lovely sleep on sunday as the kids kept bugging for one thing or another - blah..thats what happens when I stay awake to watch a soccer game on the box...
