Oh my goodness, how rude of me! I didn't mean to ignore you, sometimes I just get overwhelmed by all the reading on new boards! Thanks for the welcome, everyone, I think I'll have one of these here Fruit Roll-ups and do you have any mixed drinks instead of tea? I'm looking for a Kool-Aid and pop.

there all sorts in there water, flavoured water, coke of all flavours (including diet), iced teas, fruit juices etc...and in the cupboard cappocino sticks - sugar free, decaf, skim, normal & sweetened

Hey, grats on the 36 pounds down! I lost about 25 lbs (that I had put on because I was so depressed over my ex) and now actually look halfway decent in jeans. go yay4, go yay4, go, go, go, go... (okay, maybe I should not try to dance in my virtual jeans - think I just spilled my tea) You go, hun.
