This place is like a ghost town. Kind of sad actually.

I apologize. It's been awhile since I've visited. Any news that I might have missed about the next album? Just wondering, I haven't been keeping up lately.

Really well! Sure is keeping me busy. I'm just trying to keep up because everything is so fast-paced I can't afford to get behind. I don't think I can wait that long for the next album! I'm sure it will be worth the wait, though.

Holy crap is right....I'm still here!!! Sorry for the LOOOONG delay in checking in. Recap and making a long story short: chemo ended, waited for clinical trial to start, had an incident which damaged kidneys further and damaged stomach, started seizures, went for emergency surgery, waiting for kidney function to return, trial delayed because of it, function hadn't improved enough so trial wasn't going to start at all, convinced drs to do it anyway, started trial, really sick from it, and you're all caught up. That's what's happened since mid-end of August to now. Only 36 more sessions of the trial, and then may have stem cell transplant. Phew that's long winded sorry, just a quick catch up. I'll try to check in more. REALLY looking forward to the new album, now in the new year....want it now!!!!
How's everyone doing that's around?

*runs in and crashes on a beanbag*
Holy smoke its been a while since I was here, where is everyone? its like well like a very quiet thing I guess.
Devin its great that you're enjoying school I hope you're learning lots and having fun.
Kevfan *high five* Keep holding on you're doing great, hopefully the trials will stop making you so ill. . . .is it a case of getting used to them? I'm lame when it comes to medical stuff.
I've lost one of my jobs. . . again. . . .but its ok because my other job (where I'm working for Ellen MacArthur/sustainability and such like) has totally taken off and that coupled with my MSc is keeping me well and truly occupied.
Take care everyone x

Kevfan, sounds like you are progressing! Keep your chin up, I know you will do just fine! I'm with Hogey, I'm not so good with medical stuff.
Hogey, be thankful you have a job! I wish I could work and do school at the same time, but I don't think it's a good idea. I've talked to people that have jobs here, and I'm afraid I wouldn't have enough time for homework.
I honestly don't think there is any trouble to get in here. The most I did was see a drag show with my best friend... I told my mom about it, thinking she would be mad... And guess what...?! She wants to go now! It was tons of fun though, other than that, there isn't much to do in Dayton.

WOW that's alright though Hogey, sounds like things are working out at least :-)
Devin, I'm sure you're doing awesome, but only take what you can handle!
Trying to keep chin up, just got out of the hospital again after another week there. whee! Had robotic laparoscopic surgery yesterday to repair a kidney, that was interesting, so lying on my back for a little bit. Only a day or two. Ummm, hopefully find out that the clinical trial is working next week, keep your fingers crossed. Found out today that my sister is NOT a stem cell match, so will continue to search. No match in Canada, so now looking in the US and UK, so keep hoping for me. Might not need it, but seems likely sometime.
Hope everyone continues to be doing well :-) I will try to get on here at least a little more regularly if I can stay out of the hospital lol.

I'm on the bone marrow registry and always think how wonderful it would be to match someone and be able to help.
Hope all is well with you Kevfan!
