Me too! The inlaws saw it and said it was pretty good.

I think it looks good, too... but probably sad!

All the critics trashed Bucket List, but everyone I know that has seen it said it was pretty good.

I don't really care to spend $9.75 to go to the theatre to see most movies.

I love love love going to the movies. I enjoy a good movie way more in the theatre than at home. We pay almost 12 bucks here and I hardly ever regret it. Now paying $16 for 2 pops, a popcorn and a bar is another story!

The Bucket List is about two guys that know they are dying so yeah... a little sad but not. If you know what I mean.
May I just say that I have long thought Jack Nicholson was kind of studly and even though he didn't shake my tree I could totally see how he was a play-ah in Hollywood but..... he has gotten OLD.
I have no idea how all these people are aging while I remain my youthful dewy self.
LOL

surprising Jack always gives me the creeps..........so hard to think of him at studly. I often avoid movies if he is in them. I think that BUcket List looks great though, so we might have to check him out.

I think he convinced me of his charm in As Good As It Gets. I thought he was creepy in The Shining but his talent was so off the charts that I concentrate on his ability to meld into a character. In Witches of Eastwick there were several times when I thought he was cute and I could totally get his attraction. He looks like he has the ability to laugh at himself.
He was so good in As Good As It Gets that if you haven't seen that you should bite the bullet and go.
I like someone that has a sense of humor about their frailties and he always seems to be semi-amused, to me. He seems to be somewhat amused in this movie too but, I was surprised how there was no fuzzing of the lens to make his aging less obvious. Again, something I admire.
I think you will be glad you went.
