aren't those just washed-out-no-color smarties? never really saw white smarties north of the border...

I was talking about the sugary and very tart pastel ones... Ewww... Brings tears to my eyes just thinking about them!! I had a friend in high school (a drummer, go figure), that would put a whole pack (you know, the stack of them wrapped in clear plastic sort of like a Tootsie Roll) in his mouth, wrapper and all, and munch on them. *shudder* What are the Canadian Smarties like? I believe I read the word "chocolate" in there somewhere... ;D

Yeah? What? Chocolate smarties?
I like the green and pink and white smarties. I am not a fan of the purple ones, but I'll eat them.

Yeah, we actually have brown smarties here... and I thin we had the pastel ones for a limited time around Christmas or Easter or something... used to be a fan of smarties, but I ate so much when I was a kid that I've had enough to last me another two years

American Smarties ROCK!!!! And Ludwig we need to do a historical analysis before you decided we are the odd ones. Nonick you must have no tolerance for sour, because Smarties are super tame. I took eat three or four rolls at a time. And they are all yummy. I have not had any for a long time...probably last birthday party with a pinata.
