I was actually sandwhiched between Mayee and Diet at the Vancouver concert... I think they, as well as BNLater, experienced a tiny bit of singin'...and dancin'...and general carryin' on from me... I tend to, ahh, do that at BNL... and I wasn't even "In the Drink" either (kinda makes me really want to have a BNL gathering soon!! Should we pick another place in the country or go for Vancouver again? )

I think if we intend to do something BNL related we will have to see what they do.....that will dictate where.

I am, in fact, A VERY DARK HAIRED WOMAN! Thank you very much. It's actually a really really dark brown, so no, I'm not blonde.
I think I'm just really tired or something. That was a really funny story though.
I really don't get it though, because I said that already and it just seemed confusing to have you say that, were you saying it by yourself or referring to me saying it, I guess, is my question.

ladi I had white hair when I was little, through kindergarten in fact. By first grade my hair was this color, which is only a notch from black!! I had very blonde stripe up the back of my hair for a few years though...only visible if I had my hair in a pony tail. That patch turned dark very slowly.

So you were like a skunk? Notice I said really really dark brown, not hair, Brian. There's a difference. One is close to black, and one just means I have dark brown hair. I have to admit Ladi, it's sort of a given with me. Seems like every word out of my mouth is followed by "what?" from someone else. People just give up on me, usually. I'm really happy you gave it a try!

Yep marketed at least if I wore my hair in a pony tail. But I prefer to keep in short, so it did not show at all.
ladi now where is your sense of adventure? Where is your need to win? I for one am not giving up. I shall stand my ground and not allow confusion to overtake me.

Ewww I wouldn't eat a black potato if I were you.
No but honestly. Maybe I exaggerated just a little bit. It's not that dark. In the light it's like, dark brown...but some people mistake it for black hair and it's just..not black. It's like..mmm..dark chocolate, yeah?
Ladi, anyone continues talking to me is a saint. Unless it's to be mean, then...not so much.
I love my hair color. I can't imagine any other color in it. I mean, sometimes I like to think there are speckles of auburn in it, but not really, no.
I had short hair when I was little. But now I have reaaally (Shall we debate this, Brian?) long hair. So I've been on both ends of the spectrum. I'm not sure which I like better, yet.

Black potatoes do not sound appetizing at all. We tried purple potatoes not too long ago, and they were not my favorites either. I prefer the Yukon Jack potatoes or the new red ones, unless I am baking them and then I like good old idaho bakers.
OK marketed....define LONG!!! Is it below midback? Can you sit on it? I had shoulder length hair a few years ago and it was way too much work for me.
Saint Ladi...has a nice ring to it. Or perhaps Ladi, Patron Saint of barenakedness!!

::dances::
i've just set aside the understanding for a later day... not letting confusion rule, just being apathetic toward it
mom made purple potatoes... i think they taste different, and don't like them much sweet potatoes (another plant group entirely) are another story! mmm...with cinnamon butter...
my hair used to be mid-back, then i got it cut and kept it at chin length for quite a while... now bfBrian won't let me cut it so it's about level with the bottom of my shoulderblades... rather annoying sometimes, but those hair clips with teeth do wonders... especially 'cause i almost never brush my hair!

ladi those clips and barrettes and such are useless in my very baby fine hair. I tried everything. If I could have just put my hair up and out of the way I would probably still have it long, but everything just falls right out.
What you dont brush it? Won't you end up with rasta hair? My son wanted to do that to his hair. LOL
