Thank heaven for the middle of the week. Not sure why this week has seemed so long, but it has. No plans here this weekend which will be nice after dog sitting last weekend. Are you almost ready to start showing your house, BNLater?

Yep I think the realtor will take interior pictures Monday and publish the brochure, and then we are off and running.

Wild Wednesday is right. Hopefully it's not as wild as yesterday. Bot the receptionist and the assistant are off with that damn vertigo. My boss had to cancel most of his day yesterday. He did a root canal on his brother by himself. I was full booked with patients, so I could barely help out. He sat at the desk answering the phone and doing recpetion stuff most of the day. I only got about20 minutes for lunch.
Today will hopefully be better, I got the assistant from my other office to come in today. It will still be chaotic, but we have a solidly booked day and it would have been a pain to cancel and move everyone.
Whew.
But, I'm off Saturday! So it's officially my hump day! I have a voice lesson and a personal trainer session after work, then my hot tub!
How's everyone else's day shaping up? Hope it's a good one for you all!

Meeting with a client this morning to prepare for settlement conference and trial, and learned yesterday he is not happy with me, although not sure why. The only time we have had a conflict was when I wrote them because they were behind in payment. Gosh I am sorry, apparently it is rude to tell them you need to pay this or I will have to substitute out! Go figure

Hmmm... funny how that works. Maybe he thought it was a pro bono case?
Wednesday is back to cloudy and cool, but not as cold as it was. I got to drive home with the top down last night at least, managed to dodge the showers! The rest of today is looking normal though, work, go home, wrassle crazy dog, go to bed!

Damn, feel better soon yay!
Wow, imagine having to pay for legal services. We get that in the dental office all the time too BNLater. 'Oh, I changed dentist's because my last one sent me a bill'. Gosh golly gee, imagine that!
Hopefully the gloominess clears up for you soon nonick!
Ok, off to get ready to go to the gym! Though I'd rather be sitting out on Tuzzi's deck in lovely sunshine right now............

I had a 5:30 appt with a client to review their coverage. At 6:00 I finally got them on the phone, they forgot. Gah
I had plenty to do, but I hate waiting for nothing.
I hope everyone had a good day.

That happens to me all the time surprising. I hate when my first patient of the morning doesn't show up. I think sheesh, I got out of bed for this??!?!?!!!

Wild Wednesday Weirdness indeed! Thanks for the well wishes - I'm still not feeling great, but my peer at work was feeling far worse (she's going some serious health scares going on right now), so she went home and I stuck it out as the warm supervisory body in the desk. LOL I didn't do a whole lot, but I was there for answering questions and such. I still feel pretty horribly. But it was a *weird* day. All sorts of weirdness going on at work, including a close friend/coworker who seemingly packed up his desk, but won't say that he's quitting. He just told me he was cleaning up a bit. I wouldn't blame him - I heard his manager screamed at him in front of his entire team and the entire floor for something that wasn't exactly his fault (one of his employees was paying claims incorrectly, just carelessly though, not that she doesn't know what she's doing). I can't say I'd stick around if my manager did that to me. Thankfully, my manager is not a screamer in any sense of the word.

Happy Wednesday - I am celebrating ANZAC Day, a public holiday to remember those who had fallen for our freedom...
