Thanks everybody! You made me smile this morning when I read all your messages! And it's never too late to celebrate a birthday, right? I mean, as long as the month is still March, let's party!

Mmmmm, chocolate chip cookies!! How'd you know?? I haven't been out yet to "party" but there are still plenty of days left in the month! It was gorgeous here yesterday though, so we took the dogs for a walk in the evening. Nothing better than seeing the excitement in their eyes when you say that magic phrase, "Do you want to go for a [glow=green,2,300]WALK[/glow]?

Dogs are funny. In my house the magic word is "goody." In all actuality a goody is a flea treat..but my dogs think they are the best thing ever.

hehe
our's knows: treat, walk, bubize in the car/rv/jeep, pool, outside
...it's overly amusing to say "fool" or "tool" to him, 'cause he thinks you're saying pool... spazzes out and he recognizes his leash, bathing suits and take-out boxes of any size, shape and color
or maybe just that there's food inside

LOL You've just got to love dogs! My shih tzu knows, "walk", "hike", "go for a ride", "outside" or just "out", and "treat". Then there are the "bad" words and phrases too, like "bad girl" and "get in your pen." It'll break your heart to see her reaction to those!

How cute! Did you train her yourself? Or did she go to the Dog whisperer?

I have three dogs, and my youngest, the great dane is very funny...not the sharpest tool in the shed, but knows that she hates to sleep outside when it is cold. So she comes in gallops onto her bed and lays down very quickly...that way she knows she can't be accused of being bad. LOL
