It doesn't get cold enough in Perth for snow DH?
sidenote: what DH just said reminded me of a guy... actually, sorry BNLater, but he was Californian... he came to Sept-Iles for a year of school to experience winter in the north. Most memorable moment? Him asking, after a snowstorm, what that was in front of him... "Umm... that's a snowbank..." "OH so that's what it looks like!" I think just about everyone around him burst out laughing... I know that's how people react when they first see something, but I mean, come on... a snowbank... enh, maybe it's me generalizing, sorry if I insulted anyone... I should get back to bed... *end sidenote*

Wow, I know there are MANY, MANY people in this world that have never seen snow, and yet I still find that so hard to imagine. Snow has been such an integral part of my entire life that I would honestly miss it if I didn't see it every year. Perhaps I am odd, but I'm okay with that!! [glow=cyan,4,300]T.G.I.F!!![/glow]

Ditto that thought nonick.
Ludwig, not offensive taken. Californians are an odd group, although many have seen snow was we have mountains with skiing and everything.
Dragon...have you ever had a snow cone? Snow looks alot like that...and just steer clear if it has a yellowish hue!!!

[glow=yellow,2,300]Happy Holiday Friday!!!![/glow]
Canada Day for Canadians and the start of the 4th of July weekend for Americans!! Woohooo!!!! Looks like it's actually going to be a nice weekend here, the heat wave is taking a short siesta before pounding us again next week. We're planning on going to the Mud Hens game (local AAA baseball team, farm club for the Detroit Tigers) Sunday night for the fireworks, but other than that, no real plans... What are everyone else's plans for the weekend, holiday or otherwise?
