I don't know why, but I truly despise Valentines Day.
Doesn't matter if I spend it alone, with a friend, or with family. It just kind of gets on my nerves.

Me too Devin. Though, there was a time when I was addicted to those little red cinnamon heart candies. Ah well.

I don't dislike Valentine's Day. I don't like Valentine's Day. I am pretty apathetic about the whole thing. My husband and I did confirm that we wouldn't be buying gifts again this year. We aren't even doing cards. Does that make us strange? I am getting a present though, my phone is being delivered today. Whoot! My phone broke before the cruise and I went to the Cingular store and got another one. I decided I didn't like it after the cruise so I have been phoneless for a week or so. That doesn't sound like much, but Mr and I don't have a land line anymore.  I have had his phone all week. So, today I get my phone! Yeah! Happy Valentine's (and 300 posts) to all... no matter how you do or don't celebrate. |

I've been playing like a 5 year old in the snow all day! It's so much fun... In some parts of our yard it's almost up to my waist!
I took a huge dive off of the deck in the back yard and was covered in snow. It was going down my boots and was really cold, so I decided to come in.
I only wish the snow was a bit wetter so I could build a snowman or an igloo or something. That's always tons of fun.

Wow Devin your snow it too dry for a snow fort or snowman? That is surprising in your neck of the woods. Well you can do a snow cave in the place it is the deepest. That is what we did in Montana, because our snow was rarely wet enough to even make a snow ball.

The snow is way too dry to make a snowball or anything. At least when it's dry it doesn't soak your clothes as much as it does when it's wet.

You have to walk over it and if you have some heavy roll over the top of the deepest part to compact it...then you can dig in from a low point on a side.
