I love it when I get splashed on a hot day. Painting went well - we're avoiding the baseboads and trim for a while. Our builder is going to install all new windows and completely re-brick our house in September (our whole subdivision of 148 houses is under-going repairs). Hopefully we'll have it sold by then!! But if not, whatever they tear up they have to repaint which should include baseboards. Our new house broke ground last week, we have a really cool big ass pile of dirt now!

So you aren't putting house on market until when Flipper? How is the market doing there?

We have a For Sale By Owner sign in the yard right now. Ideally we sell it before they start tearing it up. If not, we'll have to take it off the market until probably mid-November, which is a really difficult time to sell a house. The market here is soft right now, but we're in probably the best school district in town 1-12 combined. We'll probably give it to our realtor in a couple of weeks if we don't have any serious lookers. We don't have to sell the existing house to get into the new one, but I know it's a lot easier to sell with furniture in it.

And just one less hassle to have to deal with. The market out here is going south quickly, but I have predicted that for about a year. I wish you luck. You see all that garbage is one of the main reasons I am still in my house after 17 years. I have stuff I want to do to it to make it perfect, but those will have to wait until my son is gone.

There was this stupid lady at the hospital who was yelling and ranting and raving today.
We were like, "What's the number for security again?!"
Nevertheless, realllllly fun otherwise at the hospital.
