Lucky you, I checked the mail but not there! Should be tomorrow. I kind of like the excitement of going to the store to get it.

Wow - all the things that happen when you REALLY have to work! Glad to see the new tour dates! I'm eyeballing DC/VA area show - it's a weekend and boy would it be nice to see my brother!
I had a hellish day today. What seemed like easy database changes turned into ALL the production machines being DOWN. On top of that I had to bail out of work to take care of home. Yes, important stuff to take care of at home, but the work stuff was IMPORTANT. I was lucky that someone there could cover for me otherwise my ass would be grass tomorrow...
NO pre-order for me yet!!! Crossing fingers for tomorrow!

No preorder for me either, and I live 5 hours from the Nettwerk office! Ah well, here's hoping tomorrow it arrives.
And I love Mondays, it's my day off!

Went to the dentist to get rid of the agonizingly sore tooth which had its roots in the sinal canal ouchies...then spent most of today in bed catching up on lost sleep **crawls into beanbag to go back to sleep**

Man. What a weekend. We had like 7 inches of rain in one day, and everything was just crazy. I don't have brick on my house right now, so it's like living in a wood box and you can hear everything. The rainstorms sounded 10 times worse because of it, and I had a window that was leaking because they messed up one little piece of plastic wrap. There were 8 people killed in KY because of various flooding issues, including 2 here in Lex who got swept away in storm runoff while walking across a small field to the one girl's apartment. The police were close by, as they had the road shut down because of high water, but they couldn't get to them in time. The one girl got caught in the water and the other one tried to save her, and also got caught. The water took them almost 1/2 mile away in the storm sewer system underneath a major road. It took them several hours to find the bodies. There were like 30 major intersections shut down because of high water, and people had to be rescued from cars all over town because they tried to drive through the water.

Sorry Flipper...I do not understand why people do not have a stronger respect for the power of water.

Yeah, it is so incredibly dangerous to drive through water when you don't know how deep it is. The girls walking just got caught by surprise, it was 2:00am and their cab got stopped by police so it wouldn't drive through an intersection under water. They got out to walk the rest of the way, not realizing the grassy area was a river and there was no time to react.

Ohhhh yeah much better to do it on foot since the water was too high to drive through! People, use your brains.
