To "go back" implies that one was there in the first place, which isn't entirely accurate in my case. I was an "early graduate." Yeah, yeah, that's what we'll call it. An early graduate. I like it!

I was "in" high school for a while. I was actually an A student until I met my ex. I met him in April of my sophomore year, and I left two weeks into my junior year. Early graduate. Yeah, that's my story and I am stickin' to it. While I was in high school it was fun though. Except for all those pesky classes they wanted me to attend. They kept getting in the way of my personal life.

Yeah, it feels like Monday today too.
The weather is beautiful, Madelyn and Vincent will be here in a couple of hours and it's going to be a lovely day. It is Monday for sure though.
Hope y'all are doing well!

Ohhh fun grandma's day with the kids!! Surprising we took our oldest niece (age 9) to see High School Musical on Ice..................ohhhh my! The pitch of 100s of little girls screaming! But she had a great time, and therefore so did we!

Miranda can sing and do the dances to High School Musical One and Two. She has two Hannah Montana albums and one Cheetah Girls. She is totally into all of it. She's very hip to all of the stuff. It's amazing how quickly they become such little consumers. You rock taking your niece to that. I bet the shrill little girl voices just cut right into your brain. Ouch! What a good aunt you are! Bonus points to you. We did have a ball yesterday, but Vincent has decided he doesn't need naps anymore. He is not quite three months old so that makes it a challenge. The only way he likes to sleep at night is laying on your chest so the kids are going nuts. He is just a little bit spoiled.

Just a hair. I was a firm believer in putting them in their crib and letting them howl or whatever. Eric was a great sleeper, used to sleep anywhere through anything and put himself to bed when he was 14 months old.

Sorry, Madelyn is the HSM girl, not her mom. Ugh. I would probably let him cry more than the kids do, but at least they have his crib downstairs in their bedroom now. Up until this point he has been sleeping in the bed with them. ( ) Oh well, I am just the Nana. I have to admit though, he is the cutest thing ever. I would want to hold him 24/7 if I could. Actually, when he is here I will put him in his carseat for a while so I can color with Madelyn. Actually, yesterday she and I made an apple pie. Then it's Vincent all the way. I am just grateful that Uncle Brandon lives here now so she still gets one on one time with a relative when she's here. I wouldn't want her to be ignored just because Vincent is a spoiled monster.
