Well if we Yanks can help with that let us know. We might know a thing or two about US History.

It's college DH... at the one I'm going to, you get to choose courses, such as American history, history of the 20th century, sexual psychology, psychology of sports, sociology of the family, criminology... very varied

When we had the discussion some time back, while we all call things differently, the four systems (US, Aussie, British, and Canadian) seemed pretty close. But that might have been my misperception too.

ludwig, do you think it is different from Alberta? I have never thought of that, just assumed it would be pretty similar. ( although it is even changing here a bit!)
Hey Ludwig, BTW, how much does it cost a pirate to get his ears pierced..................................a buck an ear!

Quebec just has two years of pre-university in college instead of a year extra in high school, from what I heard...

Cute pirate joke, iled! Plus, I agree with you Ludwig, we have been down this road before and all the educational systems have very strong parallels with only minor deviations toward the end of school. Most of the differences are in name only, the basic principles are the same.
