I thought today was going to be a good day when my world was turned up-side down when I got an e-mail from my youngest sister, and the old child sexual abuse wounds which were closing up have now sprung open along with the anger and the hate that went with it...

Just like a cut that has begun to scab over, and gets reopened.....put the anger and the hate in its place (not eating you up), and allow the scab to form again. Call and talk to someone, or get an appointment with the counsel if you need help.

I was sending signals to my spiritual mum and sister, I got to speak to both of them and they have calmed me down as well as speaking to Running wolf and smoked Elk with the pain I am suffereing within my heart as well as my head...I'll be seeing the psychologist tomorrow, to discuss this problem further and seeing the therapist next week....

Glad to hear that you're getting help, Dragon. I hope it works for you.
Hooray for Wednesday! Although, it's been merely mediocre so far...

Hmmmm....sushi and steak both sound good. Did you go hibachi? Or just sushi? I got cancelled last minute by the sushi nazi a couple of weeks ago!! I was devastated!

Say it isn't so. Last night we did carry out....it is new place around the corner and Bob picks it up on his way home. It is pretty good. I had teriyaki chicken/rice/salad. Bob had steak teriyaki and sushi. I am not sure what rolls he ordered as I did not feel sushi-ish, but my son finished it off when he got home.

Ludwig - you weren't around for the sushi nazi story? I'll have to see if I can bump up that thread.
Yeah, we always take "gifts". We wised up and started taking Mrs. Sushi Nazi a gift as well, as apparently she thought we only brought the chocolate for him. This time we had a really cool scarf for her, and a box of dark chocolate caramels for him, but she cancelled about one hour before our reservation (for 9 people on a Saturday night no less) because Mr. Sushi Nazi hadn't shown up yet! I think there was something else going on - but I knew better than to make a fuss. She doesn't like big groups, so I wouldn't be surprised if she just decided she didn't want to fool with me. We have the scarf for next time anyway.

I thought Ludwig was around for the sushi nazi story. Still makes me laugh thinking about it.

That was a funny sushi story!
I made lasagna for dinner tonight, but I really could have gone for Indian. Or sushi (ok, California rolls), or Mexican, or even a Chacarero! Mmmmm......
