It is so mild today, it feels like spring! But it's windy as heck. I had straight bangs when I left the house, now it's just a wind blown mess.
Hey, congrats on the new baby boy Surprising!

Bridget was just in the chorus of the musical but she thinks she died and went to theater heaven. The music and drama teachers are really cool, so it was a great production and all the kids had a fantastic time. They're going to be holding tryouts for the fall play in another couple of months - rumor has it that it will be a Shakespeare comedy. How cool is that? The marriage thing is going to be hard on her once he tells her; it's pretty sudden, and she has put a lot of effort into getting past difficulties she has had with him in the past, so part of my reaction is "dammit, just as things were falling into place for her!" It wasn't a particular surprise for me; he asked me for my engagement ring back right before Christmas (truth is stranger than fiction) (no, I didn't give it to him - was a bit of a stunner, though) and I figured he was hoping to recycle it. He is at least, as you say, making an effort to be part of the kids' lives, which is a step in a good direction for him. Hullo to all today's posters...hope it was as springlike there as it was here today (in the mid-50s, or 13-14ish if you are of the Canadian persuasion). AHHHHHH. Hugs, all!

It was floating a bit over 0 celsius here... smelled like spring all over. However, everyone else seemed to think I was crazy.

OK that is starting to make sense to me now. When I came back to Ohio after living in Montana for three years, I never put even a light jacket on all winter, and people thought I was some kind of a freak. Wait, people STILL think I am some kind of a a freak!!!
