Jess NO............but I have been to several Ducks games! Kings play in a nasty area of LA........so not a good spot for me. The Ducks arena is much closer, but dang the tickets are pricey!!!!

You could always take some of your time and grab Laura and say drive SOUTH!!! I know where you can stay in southern California!!!!

Well, how far are you from Vegas? I'll be there April 20th to the 24th! You never know, I have 2 weeks off on July/Aug

I'm going with a hygienist friend of mine, Holley. I met her online last year after she contacted me about info on moving to BC from Alberta. We met last summer and hit it off. She moved to Kelowna and we get together often. We are plotting to take over the world with some off shore investing I think the plan is to go for about 4 weeks, and we are thing Paris, Rome, Venice and parts of Spain. Planning to go in Sept/Oct. It's been a dream of mine for so long. Holley is part of a travel club and gets great deals on condo's etc.

I've been to two Leaf games in Toronto, and a Vancouver game in Vancouver. I love hockey!

We are 4 hour drive from Vegas. Extend the stay and come on over. It is an easy drive....straight south, one freeway!

The trip sounds great. If we ever go to Europe I would like to see Scotland and Ireland! Have you and Holley traveled together? It is important, especially if you go for that long, that you have similar or compatible ideas on travel and touring!!! With the condos you planning and staying for longer periods at each place?

Ahhh I do love hockey live. I recently got word that a minor league hockey team, in the Ducks organization, is coming to a new arena being built locally.................we will definately go to some of those games!

Well, Holley came the convention in Vancouver with my co-worker and I. I think we'll do ok. We made a list of where we wanted to go and took the top places that we both had. I'd love to do the whole UK. And yes, we are planning longer stays. I want to take in everything each place has to offer.

We shall see about April. We leave Kelowna late on the Sunday and get into Vegas at 2 am. We don't flyout of Vegas until 7 pm on the the Thursday.

Ohhh very cool! I really dislike Vegas, and should go over more often as my parents and one brother and spouse live there!!!

I've been twice, once for a 3 day trip, and the second time, just for the night to see Jerry Seinfeld. I just enjoy walking through the various hotels and all the excitment. I'm not a gambler at all. We are staying at Ceasar's Palace, great shopping. Plus, a Bath and Body Works, so an extra suitcase will be brought this time

Jess you have used all of your Miami stuff? BTW if you ever need anything, you know people that would buy it and ship it to you!!! DORK!

I like to walk around and people watch. You going to any shows? I would love to see Bluemen Group there. I really want to see Spamalot too, but not in Vegas, since they made them cut like 45 minutes out of it, so that gamblers will get back to the tables!

I like going to Vegas to people watch. The Cirque shows are wonderful. I love the music. I haven't seen the new 'O' show yet.

There are so many cool things to do that don't cost an arm and a leg. Have a lovely time.

BNLater, it sounds like you need to take a quick run to Vegas. That could be a hoot.

LOL surprising, there is not such thing as a quick trip to visit with mom and dad!! Actually I will probably wait until they are moved into the new place. And since the new place does not have a spare bedroom we will be able to stay in some cool places!

Nothing planned as far as shows go yet. I saw Cirque's 'O' in the Bellagio 2 years ago, it was phenomenol. I'd like to see Blueman Group as well, so that might be a consideration. I saw Celine Dion's show too, and although she gets on my nerves, the show was cool. I'dlike to see Elton John's Red Piano show there. Not interestd in seeing Bette Midler really, but I don't even think her show is up and running yet.

Well Celine is gone. I thought Bette opened last month, but I could be wrong. I love some of the Cirque shows, but I have only seen the traveling ones. I would recommend Bluemen to anyone...they are awesome!!!!

Not sure if Celine is finished, she gave away tickets yesterday on Oprah to her last show. Seen her here, pretty good. We have seen Blueman Group in Vegas and it was wicked. We got to see them as party of a deal to stay there. They completely sucked when they came here and it was more expensive. Any Cirque I would think would be good. I have only seen them here and was really impressed. They are coming again in July. Well worth the money. I would like to see Terry Fator, gimmiky but I still would like it.
